not so much...
I had the clam chowder bread bowl and cesar salad combination with coffee. I was very put off by fact that the half and half for my coffee arrived filled with suspicious black specks (I sent it back), and the bread dish and silverware were both dirty (which were sent back as well). The waitress was very kind and apologetic. The clam chowder bread bowl was very very good! But the cesar salad was mediocre. I'm guessing that they only know how to make clam chowder (if they even make it themselves). I wouldn't go back here because it's possible to get an equally good bread bowl elsewhere. The views of the sea lions below is nice. But you have to get a window seat in order to see them, and you can easily go down stairs and see them up close. Overall, I don't recommend it. There are plenty of other (better) places to eat on Pier 39.
