I arely hear about this restaurant, maybe that's why it is able to maintain its low-profile extravaganza and the classic ambiance. the food combines the lightness of californian cuisine with wonderful asian ingredients/spice. yet there's also a harmonious influence of the richness of continental european tastes. while many fusion restaurants raving about their wasabi balsamic dipping sauce turn out to be small portions of disappointment, Silks will bring you to a truly different gourmet world where east meets west. service is attentive to the degree of slightly distracting from the meal.
