Wow, the name of the restaurant says it all. Every dish is highly spicy. Some will turn your tongue on fire. The Kung Pao Chicken was tasty. The egg plant dish was yummy, too. The Ma Pao Tofu with Minced Pork, however, has no distinctive flavor because it was too oily and spicy. More rice should be given out to quelch the spices and oils. The staff, a group of young women in trendy fashion gears, seems businesslike at first but warm up towards the end. The tea was hot and smooth and help to wash down those oils and spices. It's a an excellent deal if you order three dishes for $19.95 from the family menu section instead of ordering one dish for $7.95. Some dishes will be more pricy than others. Do watch the disclaimer at the beginning of the menu that states that prices may change at anytime without prior notice. To the cook: please cut down the oil amount in your dish so that the spices can be teased out more easily.

The food is amazing. The service leaves a bit to be desired by american standards but when they get the food to you fast and in their own way they are as nice as can be expected. Also if you are a regular they are a lot nicer to you... makes sence. I have not been disapointed by any dish I have tried here. MaPoTofu is a favorite but I mean EVERYTHING I have had was was superb and I have sampled almost half the menu. The decor is really cute and I am a huge fan of the chinese Karaoke style pop on the TV. The only not soo good thing is the line can get long at peak times and it is a tiny crowded space but overall the best dining experience for spicy food in the area.
