    Generic and not authentic

I order on weekends. It's a friendly place with exceptional service. I think it's pretty clean for a restaurant. Delivery is pretty speedy but I only ordered once. It's run by Chinese people, I can hear them speak so it isn't authentic or "family run." It's a company of chains, think Panda Express. I can find lots of other places in SF just as good if not better. Rating? Just MEH if I'm hungry. For sushi, I'll go. The atmosphere is really nice and casual. Udon - Bland in taste Ramen - OK, prepackaged instant noodles, I can make it myself. Sashimi - Very fresh and generous in size. One of the best things about this place. Chirashi has thinner pieces of fish but still a good meal if you want raw fish with rice. No ikura or roe in Chirashi. I like the eclipse roll. The spicy tuna/salmon is average but hotter/spicier than I expected. Just get the sushi rolls and nigiri. Anything with their fish is fresh and hard to mess up. Appetizers are overpriced and prepackaged like the seaweed salad.

Service A/Value C/Food on same par with other mid price sushi houses.

DINNER: Delivery speed varies a lot depending on day, time of order and how many cooked items ordered. Salmon skin roll is good. Most rolls are pretty on par with other places. !! Udons and ramens are really good deal and huge in portion (less than 8 bucks)!! Sashimi slices are like a finger in thickness! Sunomono/Goma Ae/gyoza (most veggie dishes) are sooo not worth the money tho. The portions are so small. Like a child's hand. Not the most sanitary (reusing same towels to wipe everything) but the delivery is securely packed, accurate, and the drivers are nice. Miso soup is typical in taste- nothing special and not big in portion. IF YOU WANT SOUP GET CLAM MISO, it's worth it because you get 3x more soup than regular miso. In a big tub freshly cooked. Salad has great sauce (housemade). Edamame usually fresh, tasty, and filled to the fullest. Tempura Plate is a good deal. They pack a lot in there. Bento boxes cost more (during dinner) but the portions are a bit bigger than other places. THEY ALSO HAVE FREE ROLLS if you spend over a certain amount. I'd try order enough for a free roll. Appetizers cost more than what you pay for at other places (but it's all the same thing so I took a point off for Value). The service is amazing here! Everyone was friendly all the times I've came in. Really good and cohesive atmosphere. I see lots of family but also good for couples and the bar is good if ur eating alone. Deep fried rolls are really different from non-fried ones (cost more too) but worth the extra few dollars.

    Poor Delivery Experience

Ordered food, promised 45 minute delivery, actually took 1.5 hours, called restaurant twice, assured food was on way, arrived cold - cold tempura and cold udon soup are inexcusable, over half of our meal could not be eaten, sushi was ok, I would advise to look elsewhere for a meal.
