    Best Vietnamese delivery in SF

    I order from this restaurant about once a week. The food is consistently good, and the service is fast.

    Poor Service

    I usually don't write reviews and just read them. However, this restaurant annoyed me so much that it compelled me to do so for the first time. I usually like going here even though the service is slow and they barely speak English. I went there to order some food for take out and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong thing. So I called them to fix it. They said they would deliver the right item as I wasn't planning on walking all the way back due to their mistake. Then, the lady said I had to give back the wrong item. I didn't mind, but what are they going to do with it? Give it to another customer?! It took her forever to write down my address. I spelled it out in English, I tried saying it in Vietnamese, and nothing worked. She was so incompetent. Lastly, she wanted to charge me extra for their mistake. Why would I be charged for their error? Needless to say I cancelled the correction order and will not be going back there. They do not know how to handle their customers, especially when they messed it up in the first place.
