Good food
Thought the food was good, but service and atmosphere lacking. If smoke bothers you, don't even think of the back area. It's a hit and miss if there's a cook in, maybe call first. If your a local it's not bad, otherwise get it to go. I'm not sure I'd go back.

Least Divey of Dive Bars Period
Quite some time has passed since the new owners took over. Paul and Krystal are a genuine, interesting, & hilarious couple who take care of their own. Lots of locals here equipped for good conversation, darts, pool, or ping-pong feats of excellence. Great selection of music in the NEW jukebox. Mrs. Pac-Man is now on-the-scene! And...and...shuflle board! After a couple pints of quality Lagunitas on-tap some of Pauls crafty mac n cheese and a game of pong on the back patio you will see how this bar has become a local favorite in the Outer Rich.

What a change!
The Tee Off has made a magnificent transition from the low-life’s that were patronizing the bar into the intelligencia that is there today. Once the new owner couple took over there seemed to be an influx of cool, young, new hip people. I love dive bars and this is the dive bar extraordinaire. There are fun and crazy regulars to talk to (but not too crazy)....and the staff is amazingly friendly, compentent and interesting..... I would suggest this bar for anyone that is out in the Richmond district looking for a great time. Be careful..you will not walk away from this bar sober........ BTW....Chef Paul is an award winning chef and his food will dazzle you...especially when you aren't expecting excellent food from a dive bar........ Good eats...good Drinks....good People....enjoy

Yuppies or GenXers Stay Away!!
New ownership has given new life to this neighborhood saloon/cafe. All family owned, Krystal the Bartender has metriculated at quite a few of the local drinking establishments in the Richmond over the years. Her husband Paul is in charge of the Kitchen, and Krystal's brother, Jeff, also tends bar here. Snot nosed effetes won't like it here, neither will the politically correct, thin-skinned jerks who parade around City Hall daily. Young and old seem to mix well, but it's always amazed me about a generation of individuals who were never taken aside and taught how to act in a saloon. Quite a shame, really. The Food is way above average, the drinks are potent, but if you don't have a way with words , you probably wouldn't care for this place, because in order to enjoy it, you have to communicate with other people here.
