    Fresh, moderately priced Thai food

This place is actually really, really good- I live nearby and have eaten in the restaurant a lot as well as ordered their delivery. Unlike some thai, the food tastes really fresh and if you ask for something spicy they take it seriously. One time th eowner came over and told us they make all of the sauces daily in the East Bay and personally drive them over to each of the Thai Stick locations. I appreciate the freshness and you can taste it. Don't know why people give this a less than stellar review.

    Not Authentic Thai!

I was in search of a local thai restaurant and Thai Stick is NOT it. None of the dishes I tried were authentic and something I very easily could have made at home for less. Tom Yum soup was horrible and NOT spicy.

    Yummy Food

I had an order of Pad Thai and my partner had an order with rice, eggplant, meat, and onions. The pad thai I had, after 3 days of trying the same dish at two King of Thai Noodle and Elephant Bar, was delicious compared to the others. Good amount and very flavorful. The dish my partner had was also very yummy. The food isn't too salty or too sweet and has great flavor. We also ordered the desert with the mango and sweet sticky rice. After eating that dish, I think I love Thai food more than ever. I'm going to crave for it until the next time I go there. YUMMY!

    Going Downhill

This place used to be great! I used to love coming here. I used to enjoy their ginger rice, tarrot appetizers and so much more. Unfortunatley it has gone downhill. It is far less than satisfactory these days. How sad to see a good restaurant go less than mediocre.

No longer a fun place to hang...

This used to be a nice neighborhood joint to hang out at. While to food was never stellar, it did have a fun after-work bar scene. Something has happened and it has lost its mojo. The bartender isn't the same friendly gal that always knew your name and was happy to see you -- none of the usual "colorful" locals have returned. One doesn't go here for the food, but I suppose it deserves a mention. Pretty blah overall. After trying several items, all I ever used to think was okay was the spring rolls, but they went from serving 6 small spring rolls in an order to 5 for the same price. (how do you equally spilt 5 small spring rolls with anyone?) They did recently spiff up the place with new lighting at the bar and fresh paint.
