Lots of Cheese but where's the Eggplant

Wanted something to take back to the hotel room and normally I love Eggplant Parmigian but I discovered mostly just cheese and only a tiny amount of soggy eggplant. We also ordered the meat lasagna and I'm guessing they must have given us the vegetarian version because we couldn't find any meat in it. The garlic bread was over toasted and quite hard. We did get to see the twins of Nob Hill though as they were dining inside by the window. Perhaps that is why it was so crowded, but it doesn't excuse the food. We were disappointed and not impressed.

    Almost Perfect

Delivery: This is my #1 selection for pizza delivery, not least because they area always on time. The only caveat, as far as delivery goes, is that the guy who usually answers the phone is always pretty grouchy. Food: While I'm a huge fan of the classic pepperoni-and-cheese-only pizzas (with which they do a fantastic job), they also make awesome multi-topping creations my boyfriend loves. Our friends across the hall have gotten sandwiches and pastas there, and have always been extremely satisfied. Indeed, I can remember no occasion on which I had an issue with the food quality. Service/Ambiance: We've eaten on-site at least four times, with varying levels of satisfaction. The front area to the left of the entrance is definitely the best, all lively and with a street view; every time we're seated there, we thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The upstairs is a bit claustrophobic for me, with low ceilings and a decidedly unexciting atmosphere, etc., plus our server seemed to completely forget about us (and I wait tables, so I was already cutting her a lot of slack); not so fun. Then, once, they sat us at that ill-conceived 2-top right by the bathroom; we didn't stay. Price: Pretty average for this city as far as I know, except that since you can always count on a quality food product, the value increases.
